We invite you to INTEMAC Inspiration Day

We would like to invite you to the INTEMAC Inspiration Day, an event full of technologies for the industry of the 21st century, organized by our partner, the INTEMAC Research and Innovation Centre (part of the South Moravian Innovation Centre).

The event will take place on 15 November 2022 from 9:00 to 15:00 at INTEMAC (Blanenská 1288/27, 664 34 Kuřim).

Traceability in Industry 4.0 - get a perfect overview of the production process

The success of manufacturing companies lies in eliminating bottlenecks in the production process. However, the risk of operator or equipment error is omnipresent and cannot be turned a blind eye to. Moreover, the discovery of a problem is often delayed. Without traceability, it is difficult to detect a defective part or a specific cause and there is no space for efficiency gains. This is why traceability is an important part of the Industry 4.0 concept.

Hunter Douglas expands the number of Kinali helpers

It has been several years since Hunter Douglas ordered the first machine for measuring the length of shading profiles from us. As the company and its production grows, so does the need to handle the inspection of more and more metal profiles. That's why the client approached us again at the end of 2021 to design another single-purpose machine, with an even higher capacity than the previous machine.

INTEMAC opened an experimental space for Industry 4.0 in Kuřim and Kinali was there

The INTEMAC Research and Innovation Centre, which is part of the South Moravian Innovation Centre, opened a testbed for Industry 4.0 in Kuřim near Brno on 1 June.
