KINALI Solutions Highlighted in Strojirenstvi CZ as Great Examples of Flexible Automation
Strojirenstvi CZ has published an article showing why mobile robotic workstations are becoming a practical way to stay flexible in modern production. The feature highlights three KINALI projects, each showing a different use case.
Strojirenstvi CZ has published an article that shows why companies are turning to mobile robotic workstations. Short innovation cycles, changing product batches and a lack of skilled workers make it difficult to stay competitive with fixed automation. Mobile robotic workstations offer a different path. They can be moved wherever they are needed and adapted to new tasks in a matter of minutes. This flexibility makes them a strong and practical tool for modern production.
The article presents three real projects delivered by KINALI, each in a very different environment.
Delong Instruments
Delong produces extremely precise parts for electron microscopes, so careful handling is essential. KINALI and ADATE delivered a mobile CNC workstation with an AUBO i5 robot and a feeder capacity of up to 300 parts per shift. It allows a fully unattended CNC cycle and handles the parts gently while cleaning them during manipulation. Once deployed, productivity increased by seventy percent and the operators gained a simpler and more consistent workflow.
Lemmacon
Lemmacon needed to automate physically demanding work on an ultrasonic welding machine and still keep the option to handle other tasks. KINALI supplied a flexible mobile workstation with an AUBO i10 robot, a SMARTSHIFT quick change system and a setup that can switch between welding and material handling. It removes heavy manual work, improves weld quality and gives the company a versatile tool that supports different product types.
ALS Laboratory
In the ALS laboratory, staff had to manually empty tubes with samples which was time consuming, repetitive and risky. KINALI delivered a mobile laboratory workstation on an EasyRobotics platform with an AUBO i5 robot and three tables for long unattended cycles including night operation. The robot can handle different types of tubes without tool changes and uses a special mechanism to open, empty and dispose of samples safely. The result is higher efficiency, reduced health risks and more reliable laboratory processes.
Across all three cases one idea stands out. Flexibility. A mobile robotic workstation can be moved between machines, adapted to new tasks and used for different processes. This means it does not sit idle and delivers real value every day. The return on investment becomes much easier to reach because the workstation can always be used where it helps the most.
KINALI acts not only as a supplier but as a long term integration partner who connects hardware and software and helps companies transform their production. Mobile robotic workstations are becoming a practical entry point into adaptive automation and a proven way to increase flexibility and productivity.
