Bramboromat potato vending machine was awarded the Zlatý Klas award

Bramboromat - a solution combining the tradition of Czech agriculture with modern technology was awarded the Zlatý Klas 2025 award at the Země živitelka fair. The solution was created in cooperation between Bramborář.cz and KINALI and provides access to fresh potatoes directly to people 24/7 without the need for any staff.

Země živitelka 2025 Exhibition

The Země živitelka exhibition in České Budějovice has for more than half a century been a place where the tradition of Czech agriculture meets modern technologies. This year was exceptional for Bramborář.cz and KINALI, as their joint solution Bramboromat, received the prestigious Zlatý Klas 2025 award.

Zlatý Klas Award

The Zlatý Klas Award is presented by the Ministry of Agriculture of the Czech Republic to the best exhibits at the fair. It ranks among the most important awards in the field, and receiving it confirms a genuine contribution to agriculture. Bramboromat impressed the jury in the mechanization category thanks to its unique combination of practicality, modern technology, and benefits for both farmers and consumers.

The award was personally accepted by Vítězslav Marek, the man behind the Bramborář.cz project.

Another media feature

Bramboromat attracted the attention not only of visitors but also of the media. TV Prima with host Jan Krejsa visited the stand, and Bramboromat appeared in a live broadcast that demonstrated how simple the purchase process is. Customers choose the desired amount of potatoes, pay cashlessly, and the machine immediately dispenses fresh potatoes.

The interest in the solution the event was enormous. Farmers, experts, and the general public all showed curiosity about the machine. Among them was also the former Prime Minister of the Czech Republic, Andrej Babiš.

Technology by KINALI

The idea comes from Bramborář.cz, but the internal technology and control software were developed by the KINALI team. Thanks to this, Bramboromat offers features that take it far beyond a standard vending machine:

precise weighing and dispensing of portions from 2 to 10 kg
cashless payments with automatic weight adjustment
climate control and heating to ensure year-round potato freshness
online monitoring and remote management for full operational control
a durable system with a large storage capacity suitable for year-round outdoor use

For farmers, Bramboromat represents a new way to sell products directly to consumers without worrying about opening hours or staffing. Customers, on the other hand, enjoy maximum convenience, as fresh potatoes are available to them at all times.
